is a great talent.
I can vouch for his personal character and his artistic ability. He is a wonderful articulator and will inspire

"Doug came and was among us.
Rather than delivering a preset package of mere songs, Doug came
alongside us and sojourned with us through psalms, hymns and
spiritual songs during our week together. His combination of
impromptu a cappella melodies, personal stories and original
pieces as well as traditional and contemporary praise choruses,
formed a wonderful mosaic of praise. We participated with him.
Doug's humble, casual and intentional style is both refreshing
and uplifting. Our team was engaged and refreshed. He left a
thumbprint on our team that carried on after our week together.
We like Doug."

"In my book it doesn't get any better than Collage. An
emphasis on the arts in worship is so needed in the current evangelical culture;
storytelling, dance, music, the performing and visual arts, are gifts from the
Creator to imitate Him as we respond to the Great Commission to preach the
gospel and make disciples. Doug and Cindy, their children and the other team
members do indeed form a beautiful collage of talent, love amazing creativity
and gospel community that all together works to reveal Jesus as beautiful and
believable."

"Douglas and Cynthia Eltzroth minister their love of
God and passion for the arts in all that they do. Doug has a sensitivity to the
Spirit that enables him to lead a worship gathering uniquely into the presence
of God. Cynthia is a beautiful and gifted dancer, choreographer and teacher who
communicates brilliantly Gods grace. Their children Tessa, Emma and Trailand
each have their own gifting to contribute to the ministry of the Eltzroth family
and together they make a significant impact on any group under their leadership.
Conferences although places of great inspiration and encouragement are very
artificial environments in which to meet people but when a family like the
Eltzroths travel together they bring more than the blessing of their individual
gifting, they bring a touch of reality, an example of love in action and of
working together as a unit to see God's purposes achieved. In 1997 I traveled to
South Africa to attend an International Christian Dance Fellowship Conference.
Many significant things happened there but for me the most important was meeting
the Eltzroth family. I encourage you to sit for a while in their presence and
drink in their love for each other and for the wonderful God they serve."
